What should I expect from my first massage session?

In your first massage session, I will ask you to complete a health form so that I can gain an understanding of any medical conditions that I should be aware of. We can have a conversation about any existing injuries or concerns you have before we start so that you feel comfortable. Also please to not hesitate to ask me any questions on the day, I will be happy to answer them for you.

How should I prepare for a massage?

Try to arrive at for the massage in a calm state of mind. For this, I suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointment to calm yourself down. 
It is better to avoid a heavy meal before the massage (Try to eat 1-2 hours prior).
It is advisable to go to the toilet before your massage.
Do not apply perfumes. 
On the massage table, try to relax. An uncomfortable position will make you constantly distracted from the movements your massage therapist and cause involuntary strain your muscles. Do not hesitate to inform me of any inconveniences you may experience. 
Tell me about the sensations that you feel during the massage. Each person is different so I try to choose the most suitable massage techniques. Share your feelings positive or negative.
Before your session, do not forget to remove all jewelry (rings, earrings, chains, watches). 
Specialist massage creams are often used. If you think you may be allergic to any cosmetics ingredients, please let me know in advance as your health is the most important thing.
