These terms apply to your use of this website and to any treatment, package, or gift card you book or purchase through it. Massage Marlow is operated by Natalia Holovchak, a sole trader, trading from Town Farm, Bisham, Marlow, SL7 1RR.

1. Bookings

Appointments can be booked online through this website or by contacting us directly. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking and payment (if applicable) are complete.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or free rebooking.

3. Late arrival

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, and the full price will still apply.

4. Payment

Payment is taken online at the time of booking by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, or in person by card or cash where stated. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

5. Packages

Package deals (Bronze, Silver, Gold) must be used within one month of purchase and are currently valid for Sports and Deep Tissue massage bookings only. Unused sessions are not refundable after the validity period ends.

6. Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid for 3 months from purchase.

7. Your health and suitability for treatment

When you arrive for your appointment, we'll ask you to complete a short health questionnaire. It's important that the information you give us is accurate and complete, as some medical conditions, injuries, or medications may mean a treatment isn't suitable, or needs to be adapted. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where we reasonably believe it isn't safe to proceed.

8. Our liability

Treatments are provided with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for any personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that can't legally be limited or excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
